Handy Mandys offer a range of cleaning and maintenance services – from cleaning, to mowing lawns and meeting tradespeople on site, we aim to make your life easier! We pride ourselves on giving fantastic customer service, paying attention to detail and working with your timeline and budget.
It may sound cliché, but we really do get great satisfaction from leaving a house sparkling clean, knowing we are making a difference in our clients’ lives.
There’s no need to organise cleaning products and equipment for us – we bring our own and use environmentally friendly products wherever possible. Safe for you, your house and our environment!

Having spent several years travelling between Auckland and Tutukaka Coast, we know first-hand how tiring it is to arrive at the beach and have to make beds, unpack (there’s always so much food!) and then do it all again when you leave. How nice would it be to come up to your holiday home and have the beds made, hot water on, house freshened up, lawns mown – so you can just walk in and relax. We can do as little or as much as you choose. We can even stock your pantry and fridge! No need to spend your last precious day at the beach cleaning – we’ll clean after you leave and can wash your linen also.

Let Handy Mandys freshen up your home – we can pull out the beds, dust behind furniture, clean from top to bottom (literally). Tell us what you want and we’ll do it.
Checking your house
Handy Mandys can carry out regular checks throughout the year, and storm checks (we have a few up here!). Should anything require attention, we’ll contact you and, if necessary, we can arrange local tradespeople to visit your property.
Tradespeople
Washing machine not working? Need an electrician to come out? We can contact and/or meet tradespeople on site, saving you the hassle of organising access with keys and alarm code – we’ll open up and meet them there, and lock up after they leave.
Lawn Mowing
We apply the same attention to detail with our lawns as we do with our cleaning! We’re happy to mow lawns on a regular or as-needed basis, and can organise local landscapers for any gardening or landscaping you want done.
Anything else – we're willing to discuss
Give us a call or email us if you have any other needs – we have a combined pool of skills! If we can’t do it, we’re likely to be able to find someone who can.
